By accessing or purchasing the MoveForge Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase the program.
2. Program Overview
MoveForge is a business development program for aspiring moving business owners. It includes coaching, training modules, downloadable resources, and marketing systems.
We reserve the right to update or adjust the content as needed to improve student outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided inside MoveForge (videos, templates, scripts, coaching recordings, and materials) is proprietary. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or use this material in competing offers or businesses.
Violations may result in legal action.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is collected at time of purchase, either in full or through an approved financing option. Missed payments may result in suspension of access.
5. Refund Policy
At MoveForge, we stand behind the value of our program. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, but only for members who have made a good-faith effort to complete the training and did not find it helpful.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
Submit your request within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Have completed all videos and training in Module 1 (we verify this).
Have not downloaded all templates, tools, or scripts without active participation.
Not skipped directly to advanced modules — skipping around or harvesting only premium content (e.g., pricing strategy, quoting, dispatching templates) disqualifies refund eligibility.
Provide a brief explanation of why the program didn’t meet your expectations and what specifically fell short.
If we detect content scraping or bad-faith usage — such as logging in solely to download core materials or skipping foundational training — we reserve the right to deny any refund request.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
Lack of time, motivation, or follow-through.
Buying only to “peek” at proprietary templates or scripts.
Requesting after the 14-day refund window.
Attempting to resell or duplicate the training materials.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
upon approval. All refund decisions are final.
